It is official! Lara will be reprising her role as the title character in Pinkalicious the Musical at the Broadway Playhouse in downtown Chicago! Lara is tickled pink that she and the cast will be moving the show to a prime spot on the Magnificent Mile! The show will open July 8th and runs through the end of 2011. Lara is currently enrolled in the Advanced Scene Study class at Profiles Theatre in Chicago, IL This five week class will be taught by Darrell W. Cox (Profiles' Associate Artistic Director). The final week will be taught by Rick Snyder (Steppenwolf Ensemble) .

The 5th annual Sugar Creek Symphony & Song Singer Auction went off without a hitch! Throughout the evening, guests bid big money to hear Lara sing the following Broadway Hits: Defying Gravity (Wicked), Life of The Party (The Wild Party), Let's Hear it For the Boy (Footloose), Tomorrow (Annie), Popular (Wicked), Soon It's Gonna Rain (The Fantasticks), Anything You Can Do(Annie Get Your Gun), Someone to Watch Over Me (Crazy For You) and the show stopping And I'm Telling You (Dreamgirls)! The benefit raised a grand total of $7000 for the popular summer opera festival in Watseka, IL!
